5 Stars~For Those Left Behind

This was a heart-wrenching book to read but I imagine helpful for those having experienced the same thing. I read this book in a single afternoon it was so compelling. I cannot fathom having to go through the loss of a child by their own hands, but this is what Jean Williams did. She was in the next room when she heard the gun shot, ran to her son's room and held him and felt the last beat of his heart.

Each chapter has scripture, the present day experiences, then Mrs. Williams's memories and a separate page where a mother reading God's Mercies after Suicide can write her own memories, her prayer of praise, and her own scripture of encouragement. There are even suggested reading materials in the back as well as grief sites.

This would be an excellent book for those families dealing with the loss of a family member.
I received this book free and was not required to write a review, positive or otherwise.
